An online upskilling platform was close to becoming profitable, but faced challenges in managing sales costs while striving to meet strategic sales objectives. Hiring and training traditional sales development representatives was costly. Their compensation, consisting of base salary, commission, and benefits, had a significant impact on the platform's overall financial performance. The client sought a solution to expand sales while controlling costs.

SOLUTION
AlumniHub developed an AI sales agents to fully replace human SDRs. AlumniHub trained the LLM model on client's data (call recordings, messenger logs, sales script, etc.), tested it, then retrained it for a full-scale solution and deployed the model for the client. Autonomous AI reps can close deals from the start (initiating the first touch with the incoming lead in CRM) to finish (receiving payment) without human assistance. The AI agent works according to the same script as human sellers: identifies needs, presents the product, handles objections, helps with payment, showing attention and empathy to the interlocutor.
